Any sales made through the shop link to Laura EllaKirk's Etsy shop is covered by the legal terms and policies of the Etsy website which can be found here. Any sales resulting from direct contact with Laura EllaKirk are unrelated to as the site does not have a shop other than a link to Etsy. Through any contact with Laura EllaKirk your personal information is protected and will never be shared with anyone or any third parties for any reason, whether through the website or through direct contact.
All the arts and crafts on this site are handmade by Laura EllaKirk and from her own designs, and each item is unique in it's own way. Some of the items shown in the gallery may have already been sold but have been included on the site for reference purposes. If there is anything you see that you would like to purchase please contact Laura to inquire about availability of a specific item, if the item is not available Laura would be happy to create something as similar as possible for you. Due to the handmade nature of the items, each one is uniquely individual and cannot be recreated exactly, so if you request a similar item you accept that it may differ slightly from the original. However, Laura will do her best to make the item as close as possible to the original.
If the item requested is available, Laura will arrange sale and postage with you through the avenue of contact that you used to contact Laura to inquire. Payment/postage etc will be arranged outwith this website and is in no way linked to the website.
Our use of tracking cookies
This website does not collect any personally identifiable data from its users. You are free to browse this site without submitting any contact or payment details. We do, however, use tracking cookies to help us understand how our visitors find our site, which pages are being viewed, how much time is spent on our site, and what percentage of our visitors are returning versus new. The tool we use
The reporting tool that we use is Google Analytics. Google’s analytics tool “helps website and app owners to understand how their visitors engage with their properties. What we collect
We use Google Analytics to track the following data about visitors to our site:
Referring and exit pages
Page Engagements (if you download a pdf for example)
Demographics – language, country, city
System – Browser, operating system, service provider
Mobile – Operating system, service provider, screen resolution
How to opt out
Any users who would like to use our site but would like to opt out of cookie tracking are advised to download and install the Google Analytics opt out add-on (compatible with Chrome, Internet Explorer 8-11, Safari, Firefox and Opera). You can find it here.
We use tracking pixels on our site to assess the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and for remarketing purposes. Currently a Facebook and Twitter Ads tag collects user data for conversion tracking and to serve ads targeted to users’ interests. Twitter users can opt out of interest-based advertising through methods that Twitter may specify from time to time here. Facebook users can opt out of interest-based advertising through methods that Facebook may specify from time to time here.
No email addresses are collected by or stored on our servers. We will never pass on your contact details to any third parties unless we are required to do so by law.
These legal terms and policies are reviewed and revised from time to time. When it does change, the date of the latest version will too be updated.
